Manage exam schedules, hall tickets, marks and report cards from the school's academic records.
Why it helps
Organise exam terms and papers by class, section and subject, with paper times and the syllabus for parents. Print hall tickets with seat numbers, the exam timetable and student photos, with labels in English, Gujarati or Hindi.
Enter all components of a subject, such as F.A., S.A. and internal marks, side by side with each student's total, and save them together. Marks not yet entered stay distinct from zero, and marks above the maximum are flagged before saving.
Marksheets and report cards can include subject marks, percentage, grade, result and signatures. Save report card templates for your classes, and use a format set up for your school where one has been made.
For schools that use the GCERT Holistic Progress Card, teachers record competency levels and notes for Balvatika, Std 1 and Std 2, then print the Gujarati card for one student or the whole class. It is switched on for schools that need it.
