Eduvecta subscription terms
Annual school subscription
Eduvecta subscriptions cover one school and are billed annually in Indian rupees. The selected active-student limit applies immediately on activation. All currently included modules remain subject to your school’s permissions.
Trial conversion and validity
When you activate a paid plan during a trial, remaining trial days are preserved before the paid year begins. After a trial has ended, the paid year begins when access is activated. Your plan page shows the validity date.
Renewal and expiry
There is no automatic debit or automatic renewal. Same-plan renewal opens 30 days before expiry. An early renewal extends the current expiry by one year; renewal after expiry begins on activation. After expiry, core school data remains available to view and operational editing resumes after renewal.
Prices and billing
Annual prices are shown on the pricing page. Applicable GST is added in the checkout review. Eduvecta absorbs gateway charges for its own subscription payments. Check the legal billing name, address, state and GSTIN before paying. Payment processing is provided by Razorpay.
Plan changes and payment support
Contact support for Enterprise plans, negotiated quotations or mid-term plan changes. If a payment is pending or received but activation is not complete, check its status rather than paying again. Replacing a checkout locally does not cancel an earlier provider order; any late payment will be reviewed.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed by support under the refund policy. A request does not guarantee a refund or automatically change access. Please provide the school name and payment reference, without sharing bank passwords, card details or OTPs.
